Leke Aderinola
Bio
Leke is a passionate sustainability professional with a
Master’s degree in Environmental Science. He has a deep
commitment to fostering a better world, he has dedicated his
career to promoting sustainable solutions that create lasting
impact. Beyond his professional expertise, Leke is a seeker of
truth, constantly exploring the depths of knowledge, identity,
and purpose.
As a philanthropist, he believes in the power of giving back
and actively works to uplift and empower the next generation.
His vision led him to establish the Leke Aderinola Futures
Foundation, where he serves as the Director, spearheading
initiatives that provide educational opportunities,
mentorship, and holistic development for African children.

Tayo Olutimehin
Head of Operations
Tayo is a results-driven marketing and sales professional with a strong passion for helping businesses grow. With several years of hands-on experience, he has built a reputation for crafting clear marketing strategies, generating qualified leads, and closing high-value deals for companies across different industries.
His strength lies in understanding both people and numbers, knowing what customers want, and using data to create campaigns that connect, convert, and deliver results. Tayo is especially skilled at building systems that bring in new business consistently, whether through digital channels, community marketing, or direct outreach.
Beyond the numbers, he genuinely enjoys solving problems, helping teams succeed, and creating value that lasts. He believes marketing should build trust, drive growth, and support business goals in a practical, honest way.
Adedamola Aderinola
Head of Media
Adedamola is a certified Social Media Manager and a professional Graphic Designer with over 4 years of professional experience.
He has worked as a Graphic Designer both remotely and onsite with various Branding and Marketing Agencies. He coordinates the Media team at Leke Aderinola Futures Foundation.
Favour Madubugwu
Community Manager
Favour is passionate about public health, media and communications, and social impact. She is a student leader, volunteer, and award-winning essayist with experience in health advocacy, media, and event hosting.
She is the Community Manager at the Leke Aderinola Futures Foundation.
